Website visits
Hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, access time, requested page, browser information and technical errors to deliver and protect the website and investigate problems. Necessary security processing relies on our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure website, taking visitors’ rights into account.
The website does not currently include visitor analytics, advertising pixels or marketing profiling. See our Cookie policy.
Email enquiries
The contact link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you send it. We receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to provide. We use relevant information to reply, arrange a demonstration or prepare a requested proposal.
Depending on the enquiry, the basis is taking steps at an individual’s request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business representatives, or an applicable legal obligation. Providing information is voluntary, but without a return address we cannot reply. Please do not send guest lists, sensitive health information, passwords or payment card details with a general enquiry.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and international processing
Information is available to authorised people who need it for their work, hosting and business email service providers as necessary to provide those services, and competent authorities where a legal basis applies.
Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc., USA. Vercel describes processing in the USA and other countries where its providers operate. Its Data Processing Addendum describes contractual transfer measures, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. See also its Privacy Notice. Contact us for information about the recipients, countries and safeguards relevant to your information. We do not claim that all information stays in Serbia or the EU.
Retention and protection
Retention depends on the purpose, ongoing communication, agreed follow-up steps, applicable business record obligations and any specific legal claim. Once an enquiry is closed, information should be deleted when no justified business or legal need remains. Technical log retention depends on the hosting service settings and the issue under investigation; backup copies may remain until their relevant retention cycle expires. You may request the period or criteria applied to your information.
The public website uses HTTPS. Access to information should be limited to authorised people for their work. No electronic communication method provides absolute security. Please contact us if you suspect misuse of information in your communications with us.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it for future processing.
We respond without undue delay and within 30 days. A legally permitted extension of up to another 60 days will be explained within the initial period. We may request proportionate identity verification when necessary. You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
The current public website does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We update this notice when processing changes; publishing a new version does not replace a separate legal basis where one is required.
